Step 2
The second step in our process is referred to as The 3 Questions. Here, you have the option to choose your desired benchmark(s). Once you've selected your benchmarks, we will provide suggestions for the top 3 questions. However, you have the flexibility to change and customize these questions according to your preferences from our extensive question bank. If you wish to have a question tailored to your specific needs, please feel free to contact us.
❗️ CAUTION
It doesn’t matter how many language assessments you have selected, the interview taker only answers one set of 3 open ended questions and will be automatically assessed on all of the chosen language assessments.
During this step, you can also begin to customize your landing and thank you pages. Rest assured, you can always make adjustments later if necessary. For the Landing page, you can input a Title
and Description
to create content that sets the tone for the interview takers. The Landing Page serves as the initial point of interaction for interviewees applying to your organization, so it's essential to craft a warm and welcoming message for them.
🔆 TIP
Title
andDescription
are the fields shown in the Landing page. The title being the header of the page and the description being the text. AddingMedia
(images or video) can make the interview more attractive for interview takers.
Option: additional questions can be added to the interview. For example, a video question. The video will not be assessed, but only serves as a reference for a interview taker's communicative abilities.

Step 6
The final step is Publish, where you can review all the choices made previously. If all the interview information is correct and the Preview appears satisfactory, you can find the Publish
button in the drop-down to finalize and publish the interview.
Before publishing the Digital Interview, we recommend previewing it first. In Preview mode, you can experience the interview taker's journey firsthand. This includes reading the introduction, assessing its appearance, and reviewing open questions and any other information used in creating the Digital Interview.
❗️ CAUTION
After the Digital Interview is Published you can only change:
The introduction text, Thank you page text, and Order of assessments
Click the Share
button to generate a URL and QR code for sending to interview takers. The same link can be used for all interview takers, eliminating the need for different links for each candidate. Additionally, the QR code can be scanned using a mobile phone to preview the interview's appearance on a mobile device.
