Response List

Go to My interviews (see My Interviews).

Clicking on the interview name in the overview redirects you to the Response List for that specific interview, opening it for your review.

The Response List offers a comprehensive overview of all the responses to an interview, accompanied by the corresponding assessment results. Results are presented as Percentile Scores.

How to read Percentile Scores？

The Percentile Score is a relative score compared to Pera benchmarking data. For example, a score of 70 indicates that only 30% of people in the database score higher. If a candidate scores below 60, Pera advises implementing an additional assessment, such as a cognitive assessment.
