Find a Candidate's Result
Effortlessly locate a candidate within your Pera account using the following steps:
Find Interviews: Navigate to the left side of the screen and locate Interviews in the navigation bar.
My Interviews: Within the Interviews section, click on My Interviews.
Search for Candidate: In the search bar đ, input the candidate's name, email, phone number, or ID. Press Enter.
You will be presented with a list of interviews in which the candidate has participated.
If you already know the interview(s) a candidate has taken, you can directly search for their name, email, phone number, or ID in the search bar đ on the interview page.
Check Incomplete Section: Don't forget to check the Incomplete section too, as it may contain interviews that the candidate started but did not complete.
Efficiently finding a candidate allows you to review their interview history and make data-driven decisions in your talent acquisition process.
