Underneath the overall score, identify the top strengths and opportunities for growth.
Prepare for a follow-up interview in a structured way. Focus on opportunity for growth competency and focus on suggested questions to ask. Ask similar types of questions to all the candidates and score them.
Deep Dive into all competencies that are relevant in delivering success to the role. Focus on the lower scoring competency and the most relevant for the role.
Questions & Answers section - use answers to look for content to deepen the conversation.
